As an experienced Middle Manager, and a trusted leadership advisor, I understand the unique challenges and opportunities that leaders face. With a proven track record of guiding individuals and organizations to new heights, I offer programs and services in several formats, and a high level of customization to meet your organization’s unique needs.  

Programs

A cohort for a select group of high-potential, high-performing Middle Managers that strengthens individual performance and peer-to-peer relationships. 12-week program, 60-minute participatory learning experience for 6 modules, plus 3 group coaching sessions and 3 1:1 coaching sessions.

A straight up training program for Middle Managers needing to improve specific skills. Choose up from a selection of modules to be held within 12 months, 60-minute sessions 45 content | 15 Q&A.

An onsite  1 1/2 – 2-day workshop designed to help Middle Managers quickly get up to speed and create their 30-60-90-day plan in consultation with their supervisor.

On-Call coaching available to organizations with Middle Managers involved in dynamic change, such as large-scale change initiatives, crises and transitions, reorganizations and M&As. Coaching hours will be set aside each week for designated managers in 1–3 month engagements.

A traditional coaching offering; 60 minute coaching sessions, 2-4 sessions per month, offered in 3, 6, 9 month engagements.

Traditional coaching to groups of 6-10 individuals – either within one department or a cross-functional team seeking coaching on skills and issues related to the performance of their entire group, offered in 1-3 month engagements.

Dedicated leadership to create and implement complex change initiatives; optimize organizational structures and processes; enhance collaboration and improve decision-making; provide confidential business coaching and strategic advice to C-suite executives and Middle Managers to navigate complex challenges, enhance their leadership capabilities, and increase middle management engagement.
