  • A leadership cohort program for groups of 12-16 high-potential or high-performing middle managers with a minimum of 10 years of experience. Modules include Building & Leading with Influence • Managing Up • Using Communication as a Leadership Tool • Handling Difficult Conversations & Differing Perspectives • Scaling Your Team for Growth • Change Leadership 

  • Accompanying online leadership development plan workbook

  • Diverse participatory learning activities include small group collaborations, individual work-related assignments; 3 group coaching and 3 one-on-one coaching sessions on alternate weeks of learning modules

  • Delivered via Zoom with in-person option available

  • Learning objectives and metrics provided for each module; includes discussion guides for pre-program and post-program conversations with their supervisors to prepare the participant for focused learning on their development needs.

As a metric-driven program it requires a pre- and post-program guided conversation with the participant’s supervisor on specific learning mastery to align with the participant’s annual goals and professional development objectives.

It is a relationship-based design, integrating skill training, one-on-one and group coaching, peer-to-peer network development and a variety of learning experiences to integrate the program’s content into practice within their teams.

It is created to establish a strong peer-to-peer network among the cohort participants that endures beyond the program.
