Momentum Boost

Designed as a traditional learning and development program for any number of Middle Managers needing to improve specific skills. Choose up to four modules to be held within 12 months. Participants receive a reduced fee for additional 1:1 coaching sessions on issues related to the program they attend.

Momentum Boost

  • Designed as individual programs – 45- or 60-minute presentations, including a Q&A or group coaching option at the end of the presentation for up to 25 participants. 

  • Modules include Building & Leading with Influence • Managing Up • Using Communication as a Leadership Tool • Handling Difficult Conversations & Differing Perspectives • Scaling Your Team for Growth • Change Leadership 

  • Delivered via Zoom with in-person option available

  • Learning objectives and metrics provided for each module; includes discussion guides for pre-program and post-program conversations with their supervisors to prepare the participant for focused learning on their development needs.
