Working with industry associations, providers, payors, national associations, medical device, and insurance organizations more than 25 years, I have led and contributed to large-scale change, process improvements, labor relations, and crisis mitigation during a remarkable period of consolidation, the expansion of HMOs, and three rounds of national health care reform.

Working with individual insurance agencies and with corporate executives, I have led and supported the integration of business process improvements, requiring the need to breakdown department silos and improving cross-functional communication.

While focused on providing services to their clients, firms often struggle with how to present themselves and communicate with them. Working with consultants, law firms, and others, I have helped them to better understand the needs of their clients and prospects and improve their service, increase their clientele. 

Technologies

With rapid growth and constant change, technology organizations often struggle with the lack of organizational hierarchy, effective internal communication within and between teams, and leadership development. My roles have included coaching, change leadership and support, and leadership communication.
