1:1 Business Coaching
Offered in the traditional delivery methods – online and in-person for the C-Suite and their Senior Leadership Team.

Confidential coaching offered in 45- or 60-minute sessions at a minimum of 2 sessions per month, offered in 3-month packages.

Group and Team Coaching
Fewer Middle Manager’s with larger teams demand leadership skills to create greater strategic accountability will be required to maintain stability and performance. Group and Team Coaching creates a broader context for participants to see that they are not alone and others are facing the same/similar issues. And it promotes greater collaboration. Group coaching is available for organizations wanting to help a group of middle managers achieve their individual goals. And Team coaching is available to support a team to achieve its team goals in a group setting.
