On-Call coaching available to anyone in the C-Suite and Managers at any level of your organization that are involved in dynamic change – large-scale change initiative, crises and transitions, reorganizations and M&As. 

• 20 hours dedicated to your organization per week for designated managers available in 1 or 3-month engagements

Offered in the traditional delivery methods – online and in-person for individuals in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul area. 

• Confidential coaching offered in 45- or 60-minute sessions at a minimum of 2 sessions per month, offered in 3-month packages.

• Available to anyone in the C-Suite and Managers at any level of your organization

• Coaching curriculum may include skill development, overcoming obstacles, launching change initiatives, preparing or recovering from layoffs and reorganizations or performance improvement issues

And it promotes greater collaboration. Group coaching is available for organizations wanting to help a group of middle managers achieve their individual goals. And Team coaching is available to support a team to achieve its team goals in a group setting.
